Refund policy

Scooby Doodle Designs operates as a print-on-demand business. All products are made to order and produced only after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or for changes of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
