What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. Returns are only accepted for items that contain defects incurred during the printing process.  Please email clear photos of the defective item to scoobydoodlecompany@gmail.com.  Return requests will be processed upon the receipt of the photos clearly showing the defective item. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not presently ship internationally.  Stay tuned for future changes regarding International Shipping.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
